The staff was friendly and attentive. I was there 8 nights. Room was cleaned - 1 time. Or they made the bed I got towels every other day which was fine. The pool bar was excellent. The service was great and food good Parking was a bit inconvenient

The location is close to a lot of things we wanted to do. My only two complaints is the free breakfast wasn’t that good and limited hours on the roof bar.

Best of the three facilities used this trip. Spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast and happy hour. Stayed a week for spring training. Lots of college students. A little noisy after the bars close.

Front desk staff was terrible! At every turn only decent people Were the housekeepers, Donald and Angie at the rooftop bar. Bartender downstairs was constantly angry or frustrated for no reason.. maybe he needs a job where it’s not in customer service. Asked a manager to call Me three days ago and they never did. So I’ll be contacting hyatt corporate

This is a great property if you want to be in a safe walkable area with great restaurant choices. They have a good free breakfast with lots of choices, the property is clean and conveniently located. The downside is if you are on the west facing side of the hotel you will hear the train horn all night long. We paid for a high floor one bedroom and upon arrival were put on the 2nd floor the noise was awful. The next day they moved us to the 7th floor but still on the west facing side, the noise in this room was better but you could still hear the train horn all night long. The next day they moved us to a studio room on the 7th floor on the east facing side of the hotel, we could not hear the train at all which was a great improvement. We paid for a one bedroom and ended up in a studio room which is frustrating. The hotel manager told us this happens often if you book with Expedia as they prioritize those guests that book directly with the hotel. Lesson learned for sure.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed, free breakfast, the overall cleanliness, the rooftop lounge/pool and the hotel's location which was central to everything I wanted to do in AZ. I did not like the lack of a vent fan in the bathroom.

Perfect spot

This hotel was perfectly situated. I lived the campus being right there, the walkability of it. I went to the musical festival solo and felt safe walking home each night. The parking garage is well lit, nearby and safe

Great staff

We flew in to watch a softball tournament and were immediately greeted by the best front desk staff. They gave us so many food and dessert options for our stay. Hotel was clean we will definitely be staying again.
