No room service for the three days I was there all lamps were unplugged except for one which was intermittent staff wanted ignore if booked third party. Freeway noise, breakfast was bad if you are diabetic or on a eat healthy diet.

*Dirty and old room *Very limited and poor breakfast ALL DAYS *Pillows are in bery bad condition and feather pillows smell very disgusting. *Housekeeping service you need to ask for it all days. *Front desk Ms. Barbara is very nice and helpful.

Paid 200.00 each night, and the floors smell like rotten eggs, the rooms the beds and couch were super dirty. Sink not working properly, bad drainage. Breakfast is only hard eggs and sausage. Staff very rude to everyone, 5min til 10am they will Push you out of the breakfast area rudely.

Upon arrival, I waited 30 minutes before a concierge assisted me as there was no one at the front desk. A couple walked in and said the front desk concierge had been gone for over an hour. The entire third floor smelled like a toilet overflowed, the pillows in my room were all stained as was the bedding. I landed up sleeping on top of the covers with my sweater coat as my blanket and another sweater as my pillow.
