Great location and Amenities

Great location for seeing myGCU student! Large room with kitchenette and sofa, seperate bedroom. Nice hot breakfast. Safe location with easy access to I 17. Helpful and friendly staff. Will stay again!

Great Space and storage

Staff was THE best. Thanks Thomas! The suite was big and comfy,especially the bed.Shower wasnt the best. Took forever to get hot. Breakfast above average. Ceiling fan needs tightening, was wobbly. And the AC was hard to control, couldnt get it to shut off when needed.

There was no channel listing for the tv. We left the Do Not Disturb sign off of the room for two days and no service was performed. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were convenient. We felt our stay had good value for the price.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel location next to the interstate is very noisy. Hotel needs renovations, and sound proofing. Rooms are outdated and need renovated. Pool was warm and lovely. But had quit a bit of dirt floating in the water. Breakfast was not great. Thomas at the front desk is an exceptional employee.

The hotel was spacious and clean. I hadn’t tried using the pool or gym, but I know they had them. The complimentary breakfast was very basic and left me wanting something more pleasurable.

Great property. Clean, spacious rooms, and the staff was great. The breakfast was not great (egg whites only and lacked variety. No yogurt, no fruit) but that’s the only complaint we had. Was a great stay!

We ended up in a room next to the higjway.. it was so super load, that highway is a drag strip for cars motorcycles and semis. We got a “pet friendly” room, we had no animals and the carpet smelled like urine. Don’t get me wrong, we had a good stay and would stay there agon

Very comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable. Shower had great pressure. The rooms with a kitchette are perfect if you just want yo chill. However there is a great selection of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy delicious. No sweet pastries were offered, just bagels and bread. Waffles can be made fresh. Overall breakfast is good.

First, the hotel clerk was very accomodating and reassuring as she helped with a mix up in my reservation. I very much enjoyed the comfort of my first floor, poolside, king sized bed and suite. The room was quiet, and I slept well that night. The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast seating area was better than at other comfortsble hotels that I've stayed at in the area. I checked the outdoor pool area and I was impressed with the newness and cleanliness. There is another hotel that I enjoy staying at in the area; but I would difinitely priortize staying at the MainStay Suites again given the opportunity.
