Good stay. Nice and quiet. The bathroom could have used a little bit more of a thorough cleaning and the lock to the room was jammed and it was hard to open and lock the door. Other than those issues I had a great stay!

It was nasty it had long strands of black hair everywhere especially the towels and the tub .blacks gum on floor like no one swept or mopped fridge was disgusting

Dirty hotel, neighbors are sketchy. Toilet seat broken, paint is chipped off, terrible smell. Avoid this place if you’re coming to phoenix.
