The resort is well situated, plenty of dining options, spend the extra and get the panoramic view rooms. Water pressure in the shower could have been better, but that was no big deal.

The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Lots of plug sockets, very comfy bed - just perfect.

The hotel has a nice beach and kept reasonably clean. The rooms are large and has a great view of the sea for the ocean view rooms. It is definitely worth the extra money to get the view. However, the hotel is showing its age. The room leaks a lot of water during heavy rain. There is no staff around to help. The front desk was empty, mostly likely out to help others already. There were other people from other rooms also looking for help and again nobody around. Luckily the rain stopped after a while and the bathroom toilets were able to Keep the room from being a disaster area. But I did have to dry the towels by twisting it in the bathroom myself. That is only one road going into the hotel and it was flooded every time when it rains. During heavy rain, it is like a river. There is no restaurant service in this “resort”. So during heavy rains, you still need to go out to get something to eat. Restaurant only opens for breakfast, which was pretty good.

I stayed at superior deluxe seaview room. It’s not as good as the overall review from others. Though it’s convenient to access the north and south. The property is a bit old. The towels are very dirty and tear. Not recommended if you are a mysophobia.

Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money.

What an amazing resort. I stayed in a bungalow and they were spacious and had a nice balcony to sit on. The beach has washed away but on low tide you can swim. The cocktails were not great, the bar tender was on his phone most of the time and not engaging with the customers. Breakfast was amazing, such variety and changed so much every day. The staff at front desk were helpful we had issues with the tv and bar fridge not working, they got fixed. I would definable stay again,

Amazing Sea View Wonderful staff location

Sea View room stunning, room has everything required kettle TV AC etc. a little tired but acceptable. Bottled water available from reception saves carrying from shop Staff are exceptionably friendly and helpful and made our stay great. Garden down to pool kept lovely and pool bar service and food very good. The beach is definitely lacking but there are plenty of Sunbeds under swaying palm shade. It’s a good location for a few bars and restaurants and a short 10min walk to a major supermarket King Kong or Johns Tours. We will definitely stay again ! Looks like a foyer bar is being built which will add to the overall experience if an ambiance can be achieved.

A Gem of a Place

This is the perfect place to stay on the Island! Very well located, far enough from main road to be quiet, located on the beach with a lovely, clean pool. The room is a good size, king bed, a little firm. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The most amazing buffet breakfast possible with excellent Vietnamese cuisine and western-style, any kind of eggs, breads, fruits, juices and coffee or tea. The staff is excellent!! There are bungalows to choose or rooms in the tower. The sea view room is totally amazing as it faces west, so one can watch the sunset on the balcony and see the fishing boats light up. The gardens are beautiful and well kept and line the walkway to the pool/ restaurant/bar area. The beach is small but there was never a time that we could not have a lounger. We would certainly return here if we visit Phu Quoc again!

We stayed in the seaview bungalow. The view of the ocean and pool were amazing. The facilites were all great. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only regret is that we didn't stay there longer!
