This hotel is fine for a layover for a flight. By North American standards it is not a clean hotel. The bed linens appeared to be clean and the pool is fine. Everything else is not very clean. I would stay again do to location to the Phuket airport ONLY.

We booked 2 rooms but 1 did not go through for some reason. No fault of hotel. But we ended up renting another room in person. The rent cost was more then what we originally rented for. When we got into our room there was mosquito and bugs. It was a decent hotel for 1 night stay. The bathroom needed to be clean better. There was a old gum stuck on the wall above tv. On a good side. It is within walking distance of market( Right outside of hotel.) It is also 23 min walk to the Paseo Mall which has plenty of stores and at 4pm they have vendors setting up. So there plenty of things to do and eat in the location area. Its definitely great to stay for a layover

This is a good hotel to stay in near the airport. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is GREAT. The only problem is that it wasnt very clean.

This property is good for short stay, don’t forget your accessories because they are non to loan. The breakfast is very good if you like Thai cuisine, but the service from desk is almost nonexistent, perhaps due to the common foreigner they frequent. Very rude customers and make for uncomfortable social exchanges. Like I said very good for short term and bring everything you need, don’t be surprised if you see a bug or three.

The location is a 5-minute drive to the airport , some cafes , 7-11, and pharmacy shops around. They offered the pool access room and free airport transfer to me, which are great. The room is small, but everything is fine. The pool is big enough, but mostly part of it is without any sunshine. It would be a great choice as a budget hotel.

Phuket Airport Stay

Our stay at Sugar Marina Aviator was fantastic. The service was amazing, everyone there was very attentive and friendly. The housekeepers were also attentive. There's plenty of places to eat along the main stretch there, with at least 3 7-11's within walking distance. The pool was nice, very quiet. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't hear the planes landing or taking off, even though we were close to the airport. The little balcony gave us a nice view of the mountains and sunrise. Just know that Paying beach is about 40 mins without traffic if you want to go in that direction, so plan accordingly.

Lied about dining options. As a vegetarian I booked because it was close to airport and dining options. There were only 2 vegetarian meals available. Staff is rude and receptionist made face when I asked for a second key, which did not work. There is NO reason to stay at this hotel. Go straight to patong or touristy places and take a cab.
