I loved this place stayed for the weekend with my family and it was so fun! they had different activities scheduled every hour during the whole day! It was very clean. Very walkable around pigeon Forge. I do wish there was a better access to the main hotel if you’re not already staying at that one but other than that highly recommend

We have always loved Country Cascades so we were excited about the add-on indoow water park. However, we were not informed that the slides would not be open while we were there. Our teenagers were upset about that. Also, we stayed in the Summit tower, and have stayed there before because of pool access, but now, you have to go in through the front and walk all the way around to enjoy the pool. The parking could use some reconfiguring as well. We had to park in the very back lot near where the electric chargers are located. The parking needs to be separated better.

The only spat i had was the outside slides to the pool was closed during my stay which was sunday monday Tuesday and wensday it was open when we arrived sunday which was 4 thats the check in time only to be told the slides only run until 6 and only on the weekends so we did not get to enjoy the outside slides .the only reason for me saying anything is because it was not said anywhere these slides only run on the weekends until we were actually checking in for our stay

We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing.

It was a fun weekend. Employees were very nice. One thing concerned me. The room seemed to have a musty smell. It didn’t slow us down. We weren’t in the room much.
