only 1 elevator works, the hotel is not the for the faint of heart or people with a disability as far as walking goes. The hot tub was hot but the jets did not work. Some of the furniture is the room was not very sturdy. The bed was wore out and we only stayed one night instead of two.

Been staying in different places in pigeon forge for over 10 years with our family and this place was ok. The price is Great, but that's about it. It's a older place with it's share of wear and tear. The carpets need a good cleaning, the pool area isn't the best The room was clean, mattresses was hard but the tv worked. The Staff was wonderful very nice and helpful. Breakfast was refreshing, clean dinning hall had plenty of room. Would Stay again Great Price for the area

The staff was courteous and the rooms were cost friendly. The receptionist did upgrade us to a balcony. However, the floors werent cleaned, the elevator stopped working and the heat didnt work correctly. There were things missing from my room..ie the telephone, the pot for coffee.

The entire hotel but especially my room had a horrible odor. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, the pool was ice cold and was run down. Only 1 elevator worked for the entire hotel. The balcony door did not lock the sink light didnt work. I wanted to check out at check in but was told i couldnt cancel either night of my stay. I will never stay here again and will tell all i know to not stay there as well. It was horrible. I also have pictures of the hotel

Room was older, but clean. Hotel is doing renovations and they look great! Can't wait to visit again when they are complete. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace and every room had a balcony (not private). Overall great place to stay with no complaints.

The room was mostly clean. There was some garbage and dirt around but overall clean. The hotel is doing some renovations so I’m sure it will be better in the future. The staff was great and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

This was a terrible experience I’m not too picky with hotels either. The phone in the room had what looked like bloodstains on it, the light on the ceiling was dangling off a electrical cable, the walls in the hallways were moldy and the covers in the room had stains all over them. We spoke to the staff and the moved us to another room on the top floor and it was just as nasty. Maybe this is a fluke experience that we had I don’t know but it was terrible none the less. We left 30 mins after entering the room once we booked another hotel and then left

The staff at the front desk were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable . The occupants next to us were constantly smoking cigarettes and pot which came into our room, this is a non smoking hotel. Breakfast could have been good if the person cared just a little in preparing it, as thawing cream cheese before putting it out, way too much water in scrambled eggs, bread stale, sausage and biscuits hard as hockey pucks. Juice was good. Pool area nasty. Parking was fine. The hotel has great potential with some TLC. Great location!
