Filthy

The whole place was filthy. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom had black and green mold. All the light covers were broken and there was no cover on the electrical outlet. The carpet was so dirty I was afraid to take off my shoes

Staff was very nice. Hotel was old and not much worked….hot tub jets didn’t work, ac barely put out cold air, only one elevator worked. As a handicap person the pool and spa were not accessible, was in handicap room but everything was on other side of hotel making it very difficult….ice and vending machine, washer/dryer, breakfast area. The lobby looked nice but was told none of the rooms had been renovated yet. It was old, disgusting and dingy. I spoke with other guests and they had same experience. Thought I did my research well but should have dug deeper.

Typical budget motel. Currently under renovations. Unfortunately as a result you may get an unfinished room. Not sure what they look like finished, but my stay didnt look as good as their pics. First room was on an unfinished floor and looked like a crime scene. Went to get a refund and was offered another room. Second room was better. A typical budget room. Our cards didnt immediately work so we were given the master key card. Yes, the master key card. We returned the master key once our room key worked. Also if you have breathing issues or allergies, especially mold, then dont stay here. Dont know what smelled worse, the spray to cover up or what they were covering up. Beware of the elevator as well. Only one appeared to be working. When it felt like it.

Great staff, hotel is being “remodeled” so it looks rough but the room was good! Carpet was filthy and should be replaced or thoroughly deep cleaned. Breakfast was awesome! Only downfall is you can’t take it to your room. Will definitely stay here again!

It was the second time we stayed there and we enjoyed our stay overall!! We appreciated the coupon books in the lobby and was able to use a couple of them!! The staff was very nice especially the man and woman at the front desk!! The jet tub in our room was awesome and we definitely loved it!! We enjoyed our balcony and the fact that the hot water is always hot!! Overall we had a great experience!! Only negative is, there was a few spots that could use a bit more cleaning in the room but other than that we would stay again!

The room was poorly cleaned. 3 lights were burned out in the bathroom. Pool had leaves from last fall around it. Certainly overpriced for the cleanliness of the room. Not sure it was even cleaned after the last guests checked out.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Bed was broken. I am 6 months pregnant, nothing about the potholes in the mattress were comfortable. It didn't matter what part of the bed I sat or laid in. No blanket or comforter, slept with sheets. Poop on the bathroom wall. My kids had white socks on and after walking around the room, the bottoms of their socks were BROWN. The mini fridge in the room was frozen over, so nothing got cold like it should've. Windows were disgusting, as if dogs had been licking the windows. Elevator was extremely unsafe, my mom and oldest were stuck in it while it made screeching sounds and no movement. Breakfast was an absolute nightmare, NOTHING was labeled (my oldest has a nut allergy) and muffins were BANANA NUT with no way of knowing what they were or if they'd touched anything else in the "bread box" that had dry bread slices and hard cinnamon bagels. Biscuits with DINNER GRAVY as in BEEF gravy. Pool was FILTHY, water in the pool and lazy river were milky. Children were unattended and screaming to listen to the echo. Ceiling was also dripping on us, so that was pleasent to play with in the pool. Pool was not heated like mentioned in the email, nor was lazy river. Will not, under any circumstances stay here again. Not worth a dime of what I paid. We wouldve been better of sleeping in our car.

It was supposed to have a big jacuzzi tub in the room, I was there for my anniversary and I was so disappointed The bed was uncomfortable, the elevator was not working, the ice machine was not working and just overall I feel for the price I paid it should have been a lot better

When entering room sink had hairs in it, long screw away in he floor so knew it had not been cleaned. Lazy river only had 1 float that was aired up and didn’t find any jets for hot tub. Beds were comfy and a good location and staff was friendly. Not sure if will stay again cleanliness is a must and it wa lacking there but other than that ok.. no bed bugs or other bugs found

The rooms are kind of clean alot of this is due to the ongoing remodel that we did not know about until we arrived the staff was great and i got to say the breakfast they serve is great. Thank you to the young lady that makes it. Now we had kids but didnt swim nor do the lazy river so i can not speak on those after the remodel is done it would be a great place to stay

Fantastic stay for the price. We had a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and Very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to all of the shops, attractions, and restaurants. The walkability is fantastic. The cons are that it’s an older hotel, so there are some maintenance issues. The elevators and the ice machines need to be repaired. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were fantastic. We visited in September, so there were not many people using it and we really enjoyed it! It’s very well kept.

The property was worse than what was said on the reviews. Bed was made with springs, mold on the vents, carpet had a dirty film, balcony was not private, the indoor pool was not heated and pool area was horrible, acess to breakfast was not easy, elevator was down and had to walk through halls to access "amenities ". The property had paper sign for renovations but nothing was being worked on. Highlight was jacuzzi in room and fireplace that had to be worked on several times due to pilot light. 1 elevator to service floors that was also not very trustworthy. Comforter had fresh blood stain on it. I could go on

I would not recommend this hotel, my car broke down on the way up and was not able to make it called the hotel about cancellation and refund was told they could not do anything because it was booked through Expedia. So I called Expedia and they have tried twice now to get the managers approval. It took me 15 attempts to get anyone at the hotel to answer a phone the day everything happened. The staff isn’t helpful nor friendly about anything wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Enjoyed our 2 nights had an accessible room due to disabilities. Wish the tub was easier to get into and had a handheld shower hopefully during the remodel they add things like that. My teenagers loved the pools and how close it was to everything. Hope to stay again. Loved the balcony I enjoyed the outdoors while kids were at the pools.
