Did not like that property charged a $100 deposit and only gives $95 back ($5 is supposedly for a “processing” fee). Room smelled like mold & mildew and shower did not have a shower curtain liner so water got all over floor when taking showers. Floors were dirty and we could not walk around in socks unless we wanted bottom of socks to turn black.

The cleanest thing was the pool… The door to the room had a gap all the way around it…walked outside of our room and the only thing that you could smell was cig/marijuana smoke…only one ice machine working

Do Not Waste Your Money!!!!

It was horrible. Booked the room. Website messed up and put us at the week ahead. Then we finally got it changed after while with a 50 dollar add on. Drive over 12 hours to be turned away after booking and paying for the room because we are not 21. Will not give us a refound. They will charge you if your dog sheds no matter the cleaning you do. They will check your room every 3 days if you stay for more than three days. Plus waiting hours to try and settle this. I would not recommend. Other red roof hotels allow dog hair and will work with you but the one here in Pigeon Forge.
