The rooms were clean but old as we had loose door knobs. Eating options on sire are limited and the only restaurant available closes at 8pm. We order margaritas that we were not impressed with at all( made from crushed ice and it was so over diluted not worthy the 38 bucks plus tip we paid for two glasses. We loved the lazy river and the pool as they were heated. The scenery is amazing with onsite bbq places. The rooms were big( apartments style) and had full kitchen with two Tv’s and a sofa bed and a sleeper.

What an amazing stay my family and I had, I was very skeptical and even had doubted my choice because of the reviews I had seen... But we were so pleasantly surprised! The room was clean the staff were young but very nice and polite the area it was located at was a perfect location... We had such a great time. Would definitely recommend

They gave a bad room. We requested to change the room. They told the hotel is fully booked. Shower does not work, faucet water leaking and sparying everywhere. Tech came to fix for hours. Balcony door does not work. Its pathetic to see such a brand name hotel and relatively expensive giving rooms worst than a motel. Swiming pool good. Restaurant option bad. People work rhere do not know how to use a coffee machine. I regret to book this hotel and spoil my Thanksgiving and spoil mood and vacation. Need fully refund or i will take strong action again this vacation club.

I had booked a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the room I found it was an ADA unit which had no jetted tub, when I had specifically booked a regular room with jetted tub. The front desk would not allow a switch because they said they were at capacity. That would have been easier to believe had the parking lot ever been more than halfway full. I truly think they would not switch me because I booked through a third party and am not a member of their vacation club. Just a note- if you book here, call the resort to verify your room choice. The room was nice and spacious. One odd thing- the bed was very low. It was a platform bed that went to my husband’s knees. I thought that was odd for an ADA room. Wild Oak Ranch has lots of games out- horseshoes, basketball, ping-pong, giant Jenga, soccer pool, shuffleboard, etc. There are walking trails, playground, lazy river, hot tubs, and water slides.
