Our room was very pleasant and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were great and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and a great plus. Pet friendly and they have a small dog area for them to run around and use the bathroom. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Having to get room service without calling them 24 hours in advance

Staff was super friendly but the window in the room was literally broken like pieces were missing and the door only locked from the inside didnt realize til i came back that you could just open it with no key .was too tired to complain. Cops were also there twice in 1 night anx patrolling the parking lot as i checked in

Pros: Check in was quick and painless. Rooms, pool & spa very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the variety of fresh items for breakfast. Very clean area also. We loved how our room had front parking and very close to pool, spa and walk to beach. The outer grass areas (cigarettes everywhere), garbage cans overflowing), guests were loud and people drilling outside at 12 am-2 . And although beds were very clean, they were very uncomfortable . Back was killing us in the morning. Cracks and building structure seemed outdated and in need of work. Very concerning for property Oceanside.
