Bed was comfortable. Hotel building is not in great shape. Room was adequate. We could not check in early. Breakfast is pastries, bagels and coffee. Ok place to stay but pricey for what was included. Convenient to Pismo Beach.

Great location with beach view & access. 5-6 minutes to walk into town The bathrooms are a bit old fashioned with low water pressure but the location can't be beat!

Keep low expectation.

Perfect location to stay. Pet friendly. Extremely soft beds so we had bodyache. Mini Refrigerator in room made so much noise it was disturbing. Shower water pressure is not good. Had to request for room service/change of towels or beds made. Bedframe was loosing color stained my tshirt. My pet avoided coming inside the hotel room. I have video taken of the room not photo. Also video of refrigerator making noise. Here can upload only photos I don’t have any.

The hotel is about 10 minute walking distance from the pier. You have the beach right by the pool and there is a stairway that gets you to it. It’s a little steep but it’s there. The rooms are a little outdated but they are very spacious. They are worth what you pay for. It’s at the right location.

Outdated hotel but the location made it worth it.

I didn't expect a 5 star hotel for the price we paid per night but it worked for our one night stay. Location was ideal and quick access to the beach was a plus. Staff was friendly and checking in was fast.

The proximity to the Pier and everything else, dining, souvenir shops, coffee or desserts is the best! The rooms are average but the staff provided a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Overall, I'd recommend Edgewater.

Love the suite with a full kitchen so I could do some minor cooking for a very picky eater. The room was so spacious. Love the location and how easy it is to get to the beach, shopping and many restaurants.
