This is our go-to hotel when we go to Pismo. Everything from the service from the staff, to hotel amenities to the convenient location is perfect for our family. I’m going to emphasize the service from the staff here - they are about the same faces every year and always very accommodating and friendly.

Great location walking distance to pier and downtown. Rooms were very clean but did have a strong bleach smell as others have stated. Room is spacious. Has frig and microwave. Staff was friendly and attentive and came to fix hair dryer in a few minutes. Beds were comfy, towels were soft.

Great location, down about 50 stairs to beach, 2 blocks from pier with great restraunts and shops. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff friendly.

Upon check-in you need to give them the credit card you used on here for possible later fees. I didn't have it (I bring cash on vacations), so my family had to offer up theirs. Beyond that first hour headache, everything else was pretty good. The towels and shower stuff had to be rearranged to be common-sense accessible (hand towels in separate bathroom, shower towels by sink next to the door). We enjoyed our patio, it wasn't too noisy, and the room was comfy. They're also dog-friendly and straight off the beach, which made it easier to take my mutt.

Plenty of parking out the front of the rooms, and direct step access down to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for one night and it was fine for that, but I wouldn’t stay much longer. WiFi doesn’t work and the rooms are very basic and dated.
