Just ok

Room was outdated showed its age. Old tvs. Old spring mattress. The property seemed taken care of. Breakfast was decent. Guy serving breakfast didn’t seem to like his job. The hotel was pretty vacant for some reason we were placed next to other guests that were making noise all night. Homless living in back parking lot between hotels.

Excellent Service. positive Comment: Breakfast was delicious and ample. Social hour and complimentary drinks was a surprising complimentary benefit. The hotel was beside the Freeway. I was concerned about the noise. However, surprisingly, the rooms were soundproof. Amazing! Need improvement: room was clean. However, bedsheets were wrinkled/crumpled. I was worried it was already slept on. It smelled clean though.Need to have more wrinkle free linens.Not enough bathroom amenities.We’ll definitely book again. Thank you

This is my 4th time staying here and its the first bad experience we had. The room we initially checked had the curtains ripped and red stains on the bedding. Im thinking it was gatorade or juice stains. The ac did not work in the room. We were given a new room which was in better condition but getting to the room isnt was easy as expected. I would reccommend adding more stairs or elevators. The last day of our stay, we went for breakfast and forgot our keys. We went to the front desk only for staff to have trouble getting into our room, as their keys would not work on the door. Thankfully my son didnt properly lock the sliding door and staff was able to gain entry from there. After some look, the staff told us that even if we had our keys we would of been locked out as the battery was dead to the door hence why they couldnt get in. Overall, we enjoy this property but wasnt our best stay.
