We arrived VERY early, the woman at the front let us check in anyway and had informed us the ac didn’t work, but she waved the early check in fee. The room was nice and clean and the bed was SUPER comfortable, window open and we forgot all about the ac! You get a discount at the dennys next door as well, the parking is super accessible, staff is all very kind, definitely looking to stay here again!

The A/C has been broken since July 4th. The rooms were not cleaned. Floors were dirty and had hair. From pervious tennants. Who place is gross and would never stay her again.

NO air conditioning for the whole motel. Been out of service for over a month. MAINTENANCE Raymond at the front desk is aggressive and loud. Refused to let me in my room stating I had checked out. After the motels mistake in checking me out early. Paid $492. Offered 20% discount. I will Never go there again. This was my go to pismo motel when i have my pets for years. Private owner's should be ashamed

The employees were very friendly. The inside of the room does need to be upgraded. Curtains were kind of falling off the hangers and the people in the area where a bit sketchy. The sheets and towels were clean though.

No Air conditioning!! This hotel is rundown. It’s in the back of a business so it’s dark did not feel too safe. The beds look like somebody had slept in them even though they were made on a positive note- They did have coffee in the morning. They did offer to cancel the reservation, but it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted.

Horrible experience

First let me say My husband never takes a vacations. He finally took one to go enjoy the beach to have rest and relaxation well first the hotel room that he got it stunk like cigarettes and everything was broken, including the air conditioning He has a hard time breathing as it is then there was no screen on the window so he couldn’t leave the window open to go enjoy his day and get the cigarette smell out Second there was no air conditioning and when he asked to switch rooms, they told him no that none of the air conditioners work they were very rude. I wanted to speak to a manager to get some of my money back to get out of that place and get a better hotel but they were no help This was such a horrible trip and a horrible experience for my husband. This was a gift to him that I gave him. I was so sad and angry when he told me everything and video called me to show me I told him that I would call and asked to speak to a manager, and he said he already did that. They were no help and very rude I’m highly disappointed in motel six I will never stay here nor will I refer or bring my family here. I don’t have pictures to post it right now because I’m at work but when I get off, I’m gonna see if I can edit this. I’m angry as I’m writing this right now. I don’t want you guys to be disappointed so don’t waste your money spend a little bit more and find somewhere nicer.

I was very disappointed with the room because the AC wasn’t working and I couldn’t open the window. A side from the above mentioned my back was bothering me due to a bed that was extremely worn out. I rented two rooms the second room was under my son’s name (same last name) and they also had the same complaints. I will never go back to the same hotel. I wish I could have read some customer feedback from previous clients about this location. Jose Guerrero
