While we enjoyed almost every bit of our stay, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of service to our room. Trash was never emptied and clean towels were never brought in a 4 night stay.

Check in took 35 minutes. Carpet in room was horribly stained. Elevator took forever. Parking pass had an expired sticker so when we were leaving we had to go back in to resolve that. Had to ask for coffee to be restocked each day. They forgot cups. Great proximity to PPG Paints arena.

Location was great for our event. Room was comfortable enough but the desk chair was ripped in several spots, the bathroom hook was missing and the outlet was damaged. My biggest complaint is that only one elevator was working! We ended up walking downstairs with our bags after waiting 15 minutes and never having enough room to board. Were seniors so stairs are challenging especially with luggage.

I went with family to attend a hockey game. We enjoyed being able to park and walk to the arena. Our room was good, however, the bathrooms smelled like urine. We ate breakfast, which was not free, and was served “fake” eggs for $12. I wish there were more dining options. But I still suggest this room if your visiting the PPG arena.

Key card stopped working twice in the first day, water had to run for 15 minutes before it started to heat up, mattress was a rock and forced my fiance to put the couch cushions on the pull out couch to have a little comfort. We talked to a few other guests who had the same mattress complaints and pain in their hips.
