Room 616 was dirty. The carpet, the bed skirt, and the chair all had massive stains and appeared unhygienic. The man at check-in was not helpful and rather aloof. We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year in the last twelve. We understand it is under new management. If so, they have dropped the ball. We will not return.

Obnoxious customer service

I had to deal with a person at the front desk that outright rude. When I inquired about my room rate he was obnoxious. I was shocked that someone in customer service could treat their customers with such disrespect. I will never go back to this hotel.

The staff was really nice. The bathrooms need updated. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. The tub was stained. Otherwise, this hotel is in a great location. Monroeville is a nice town.

It was ok. The property is in need of updating, but mostly cosmetically. It’s conveniently located off the PA Turnpike. Breakfast was canceled due to flooding, which was unfortunate. I might try the hotel again, but we expected more from Hampton Inn.

Dirty room, less than optimal personnel. Hotel needs cleaning and updating. Can’t believe Hilton allows its name on this hotel. Never will stay there again.

Worse FCKN hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 40 years! That includes many international hotels also! 6th floor, only 1 elevator working! Talk about waiting for the elevator! Mold in the fold out couch, very nasty! Could not watch the tv properly, they said it was malfunctioning! I asked for a few extra pillows, sorry we don’t! Other guests I talked to were even more mad than me! Hotel should be razed and rebuilt! Stay far away!

Worst Hampton Inn I've seen

Air conditioning quit working in first room, second room barely any air came out of unit. Temperature was set at 65 room temperature never went below 73. Tables were dirty and sticky. Headboards covered in dust. No shower gel, shampoo, conditioner or soap. When asked front desk they said they lost the key. Swimming smelled like sewer and looked oily. Work out equipment was sticky. I know where NOT to stay next time I'm in the area.

Avoid this hotel!

The room was not clean at all. I wanted to take my daughter to the pool but the water was too dirty to swim in. The service and overall state of the hotel was less than 2 star. I would not recommend anyone staying there, specifically if you’re with family and kids.
