I loved the location. The bed was comfortable. The 15th floor and our room needs some updating (wallpaper coming off walls). No room service…no breakfast in bed. Valet is $44.00 a night? The view was beautiful.

The Wyndham Grand was centrally located to our needs and provided adequate shelter. Off site valet parking at an additional $44 per day was not optimal, especially since it rained our entire stay so retrieving the car was not convenient. Appeared generally clean, but the shower needs some major attention. AC/Heat unit was inconsistent and took hours to reach temperature. No breakfast included in price.

We had a wonderful time at the Wyndham Grand. It was very close to all of the bus lines and walking distance to the stadiums. The staff were excellent, and we felt well accounted for during our stay.

Seemed strange a brand like this doesn’t have pen and paper in the room, no safe, no in room hotel information, half roll of TP and no spare, only in house breakfast restaurant even packed during the weekend and with the US Open in town would also be nice to have a sign for hotel at ground level
