I checked in and stayed for 2 hours unable to stay my whole stay as a I had a family emergency.front desk said they would tell management and take care of it. Manager refused to help in anyway as the bed was used which I’m not sure if I was supposed to stand my entire stay? When someone checks in the room gets re done so to deny someone for that is disgusting customer service. The hotel is outdated for a Sheraton over priced and nothing to back their values and name. Floors were creeking save your money and a headache go elsewhere

Nice size rooms..

I expected it to be nicer for the money... but it wasn't bad. Nice size rooms, and not a tiny bathroom. Clean. Unfortunately, at 8 am you start hearing loud cleaning people in English and Spanish. Also, other conversations in the hallway, and slamming doors. If you are trying to vacation in quiet and sleep in, you can't do that here.

Always enjoy staying at the Sheraton when visiting family in the area. Clean, quiet rooms. Great breakfast in the morning. Clifton, the chef, is excellent and an asset to the hotel!

Booked a room , even im a bomboy member for years, called right away since hotel was far from me. Asked if i could cancelled . Was told yes no worries we will refund since it was just a minute ago. Told me call in the morning. They denied the reimburse and or a future credit accommodation... avoid this place!

It was great for my business trip. It was quiet at night, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were aged and slightly rundown, but they were clean. I would stay there again.
