Expedia advertising was a scam. We were told we would get 500$ in resort credits and only got 100$. Expedia made it seem like we can use it for anything but it turned out that it was one time use for certain services. Terrible experience. Losing 400$ is a lot of money. All the staff at the resort were friendly and showed a lot of patients and respect. The room was cleaned everyday with care. The restaurants had great food and catered to our kids allergies.

WOW! Nickelodeon Resort absolutely blew us away! This wasn’t just a vacation—it was an experience of a lifetime for me, my wife, and our two boys (9 and 6). From the moment we arrived, everything screamed perfection. The resort? Spotless. Immaculate. Sparkling like it was built yesterday. The rooms? So clean you could eat off the floor—though you’d never need to because the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Most resort buffets are “meh,” but this one? I actually looked forward to every meal! The Piazza and The Bikini Bottom experience? Mind-blowing. And whoever invented peanut butter and jelly pizza for dessert deserves a medal—it was bold and DELICIOUS. The décor? Next level. Forget the typical Caribbean vibe—this place is a modern masterpiece that celebrates Nickelodeon’s artistry in the most stylish way possible. Now…the bad part. And honestly, it was BAD. The in-house excursion agency, Lomas Travel, was a nightmare. I told them my budget was $1,000 USD, and they PROMISED no extra charges for the two excursions we wanted. Guess what? Surprise! One excursion slapped me with an extra $90. And the photography? Infuriating. The night before, I asked if I could take photos—they said yes. At the excursion? NO PHOTOS ALLOWED. Want pictures? Pay more. It felt like being tricked at every turn. Avoid Lomas like the plague. Terrible agents, zero transparency. Bottom line: Nickelodeon Resort = 10/10 perfection. Lomas Travel = 0/10 headache factory.
