Welcome to our cozy townhome! You will be centrally locates and close to the freeway entrance. Turn on the fire in the winter and enjoy the view out the front window, or in the summer, fire up the grill on the balcony to grill up some steaks!
You will have access to the entire space! Sip coffee from the shaded balcony off the master bedroom, enjoy the manicured side yard, and park in the garage if you wish.
We live just a mile away and can be of assistance if you have any questions.
We are right off the Clark St Exit of I-15,
You can park in the garage, or for two cars in the driveway. You may also park an additional car on the street. Please don’t block the mailbox. We are in walking distance of several restaurants, as well as a Salt Lake Express Shuttle stop. Most guests arrive by car as getting to other parts of town are more difficult without one.
1. Please be considerate of noise late in the evening or early in the morning. Our home is in a quaint residential neighborhood and we love our neighbors and maintain good relationships with them.
2. Park in the driveway and garage. When parking on the street please stay in front of the home.
3. Pets are welcome, we ask that you keep all pets in areas with hard surfaces instead of carpet and please not on any beds or furniture.
4. HOA requires that pets are on leash when outside, please clean up after them as well.
5. Please don’t leave any pets in the home in the home unattended.
6. If your stay includes time spent on Tuesday please set the dumpsters on the road for an early Wednesday morning garbage day.
Upon exit please let us know when you check out, lock the door behind you, and travel safe.
