Room was nice. Staff not helpful. No ice machine and he tells me there's one on the second flood. I travelled 8 hours to get there now i have to go on a treasure hunt?

I'm a 76 year old woman, and I had to carry my suitcases up and down stairs. No elevator. I requested a first floor room but was told none were available. The room and bed were very comfortable. Nice bar with good food. Good breakfast.

The absolute worst

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 15 years. The beds were like laying on bare springs and the fold out couch even worse- the mattress on it was 2 inches thick. My son opted to sleep on the floor- but it was wet from the fridge that was leaking. After that, he decided to sleep on our boat because it was more comfortable. The only source of AC was a fan that was incredibly loud. We had the choice of a loud fan that sounded like there was paper in it or, laying awake because it was 80 degrees and stuffy with it off. Needless to say, no one slept and we checked out early.

The hotel was showing a little age. The railing for the interior stairs seemed loose. Overall a nice place. The beds weee comfortable. The staff friendly. Parking lot is large enough to handle trailers. There is an Applebees restaurant within a few minutes walk.

Wasn’t a bad stay,but housekeeping needs do better

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of actually cleaning these rooms! Crap on the light switch and bathroom door,hair in the bathtub and on the floor still, toliet paper on the floor,etc. bathroom was gross didn’t look like was cleaned well at all. Check in was really good, front desk staff was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff were super nice and helpful. Check out was pretty easy as well. Very close if you want to walk to the gas station for something to drink or a late night snack.
