There is a bar right on the corner that played loud music all night. But the hotel and the gorgeous renovated room made up for it.

Gosto muito do Minas Garden, mas pode melhorar.

Quarto muito bom, cama confortável, cobertor excelente. Café da manhã sensacional! O que pode melhorar: 1- a iluminação do espelho; 2- a falta de tomada junto ao espelho 9para um aparelho de barbear, por exemplo); 3- a falta de telefone no quarto. O que faz muita falta, mas é de difícil solução: A inexistência de bidê ou chuveirinho higiênico. O que foi muito incômodo (felizmente temporário): O hotel está em obras, e o barulho da mesma começava antes das 8 horas da manhã. E o que não tem solução: A (ainda bem que) pequena ladeira, e a escada a subir na portaria. Cansativos para quem andou o dia inteiro.

Potencial, mas com problemas na limpeza e detalhes

Ficamos no hotel para uma viagem rápida a dois. A estrutura é excelente, com piscina, bar, sauna, academia e sala de jogos. O quarto é espaçoso, maior que a maioria, e a varanda oferece uma ótima vista. Além disso, o quarto é bem silencioso e quando fechado, fica bem escuro, o que é ótimo. No entanto, a experiência foi prejudicada por algumas falhas de atenção e limpeza. No check-in, o banheiro estava sem amenities e a colcha da cama extra estava visivelmente suja. No dia seguinte, o tapete de chão não foi reposto após a arrumação. A reforma em andamento também gerou incômodos. Havia poeira excessiva nos elevadores e no quarto, que tinha até marcas de mão de gesso nas paredes. No estacionamento, meu carro ficou em uma vaga apertada, suja e cercada por material de construção. Outro ponto é que o bar do rooftop ainda não está funcionando, o que foi uma pena, pois esperávamos poder relaxar lá com um drink e música. (A vista de lá é ótima) Ponto positivo tbm é café da manhã, que é delicioso, e da equipe da cozinha, que foi extremamente atenciosa. Por fim, pequenos detalhes de cuidado com o hóspede parecem faltar. Itens básicos como cápsulas de café na recepção e a garrafa de água no quarto são cobrados a preços altos, quando poderiam ser oferecidos como cortesia. No geral, o hotel é bom e tem potencial. Acredito que após a reforma a experiência será melhor, mas a limpeza e a preocupação aos detalhes e com o hospede precisam de atenção imediata.
