There are wonderful people staying here... People who had to move out of their homes temporarily or are in the process of moving or other reasons... The free laundry service with the gym next to it is a real Plus It's a positive place! The kitchens are incredibly convenient with all everything you would need, to live normally on a temporary basis

If you are considering this place be aware of constant drug use on the property, long term unemployed guests, late night noise and terrible room conditions. My wife and I had to threaten to call the police due to the people in a first floor room arguing, cussing and banging walls from 1 to 4am. We were followed to our room by a gentleman who would not take no for an answer. He also thought it ok to use adult innuendos in his jokes in front of my wife. The room we were given had caked dirt at the wall switches, a dirty towel left in the bathroom and had a smell. We encountered youths smoking marijuana in the fire escape at 12am. All in all, this was probably one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a decade so don’t be fooled by the ratings given for this place.
