Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, we waited after ringing the desk bell. The room had a bad odor, there was a live cockroach in the fridge (it ran away before I could take a photo of it), the bathroom had wet urine on the toilet seat, the bottom of the shower was filthy.

Condemn It

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life and I travel a lot! Carpets, walls, furniture all with stains. Furniture lumpy, including the beds. Looks like they haven't vacuumed ANYWHERE since Covid, which was the excuse the person gave as to why the place was so bad. Holes in the walls the size of baseball cards. They moved me to a second room, which was passable. I would give the first room a -5 and the new room a 4.

No staff at check-in—you must ring a bell. Hall carpets filthy and stained. Elevator unsafe and noisy. Bees in the stairwell near the 3rd floor. Room dusty with a broken shower head, dirty towels, stained bedding, ripped chair, and ants. My husband grabbed a towel that had false eyelashes on it! Emergency exits broken and left open. Parking lot dark with potholes. Gym covered in dust; restaurant closed. Overall, poorly maintained and unsafe. Would not recommend. Only plus short drive to good food and the palisades mall.

The room was terrific, clean and comfortable upon my arrival. Parking was fine, but there is no lighted "Armoni Inn" sign off Rt. 303 so guests know where to turn at night. Staff was quite courteous and helpful, although the staffer at the front desk wasn't able to break a $20 bill so I could tip the cleaning staff. Also, the bathroom amenities were disappointing. I've thrown out slivers of soap that were bigger than the soap provided by the hotel, and the hotel soap - as well as the shampoo - didn't create much lather. Other than that, the facility is in tip-top shape and well maintained.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I reserved this hotel for a one night stay and when I showed up and walked to our room the halls smelled of smoke even though there are signs at the front desk no smoking and you have to sign a document about not smoking. Once entering our room we were greeted by stains on the floors and a roach in the bathroom. The pictures for this property are deceiving and the hotel is not as it looks. It smells musty and old and is not clean. I walked out after 10 min and told the front desk I was not staying and we left. To make matters worse I was declined for a refund even though I didn’t stay. Save your money and do not stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in pretty bad shape, and the bathroom in our room wasn't clean. There was only one towel in there, which suggests to me that the cleaning they gave it was very cursory. The place cost less than half of what other area hotels cost, and there's a reason.

0 stars. Would not recommend at all. There were roaches in the room, the carpet has never been cleaned it was sticky and black. We stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned once. We needed towels and toilet paper, we had to go all the way downstairs to get it. Everything was very dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. The television had half of the channels frozen. Was a terrinle experience. The room was disgusting.
