The staff was exceptional. The rooms was clean but the bathroom is very small; the toilet paper holder is in your side when sitting on the toilet. Instead of a coffeemaker the room had an expresso machine with only 2 pods - many of us don't use those but anyone can use a coffee maker.

Room in good condition but hallway area near elevators needed dusting and paint. Also they advertised the Thanksgiving brunch but it ended earlier in day so we opted to eat elsewhere but had we known they had a turkey dinner available later we would have eaten at hotel.
