We found this hotel in dire need of refurbishment. The room was clean but old. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was meager: granola bars, packaged muffins. A hot breakfast sandwich is available at the desk for microwaving. Coffee machine in room allowed for a coffee after hours. We found that the price was high given the conditions and lack of breakfast choices.

Everyone was outrageously kind and helpful. We stayed with our toddlers and enjoyed the indoor pool and the gran and go breakfast in the morning! The little shop was also adorable and fairly priced.

Another typical hotel. If you're trying to get a decent rate and not be downtown, this is the spot. it's a massive hotel. Our door knob was broken on the bathroom so that was annoying, but we dealt with it. Someone in a room by us was enjoying their time and we had skunk smell for an hour or two every night.

I understand it’s a roadside motel but the rooms were gross, hookers working on property & rooms by the hour. One addict who was pandering out I front of property approached us out of nowhere for a lighter while checking into our room. I had to buy cleaning products to clean room. Tv didn’t work but we tried to just stay away. Drain in stink didn’t drain. And it wasn’t even that cheap as what you’d think for that level that it actually was. From the photos it could be a hipster kitschy mid century motel but sadly it panders to the hustlers& addicts. It is sad. The Longfellow this weekend redeemed the stay in Maine from this stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Very pleasant staff. Room with King bed was spacious, comfortable and very clean. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Portland. Rates were great. Loved the fireplace.
