Yes, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. And the staff were very helpful. And I loved the pool! A main difficulty for me was a lack of accessible electrical outlets. For both my CPAP machine and computer I (at age 83) had to crawl under the furniture to reach outlets. And finding outlets for charging phone and tablet was not easy either. Other than that, I would say Excellent. Thank you.

Clean facility, clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Bed was firm. Breakfast was ok. It was your typical muffins, yogurt, cereal, waffle, eggs and bacon. I can’t stand the parking fee. It’s such a scam. There is a giant empty parking lot.

evening staff was great room was beautiful the breakfast is ridiculous it was not open on time. the kids there not wrestlers!!! it was another sport young in age. was all over the place being very rude. this is a business establishment and we pay good money and to sit there and wait and see food get thrown and hands being use. this needs to be address some how so other customers can use the establishment as well

It was really disappointing that the mechanical stopper in the bathtub was broken. I really enjoy taking a hot bath after traveling and Maintenance never followed up.. also when they made the reservation, it said that there would be a refrigerator and microwave in the room and unfortunately there was no microwave. My room was also by the elevator which impacted my ability to sleep. I really wish the agent who checked me in had mentioned this to me. I’m already a light sleeper.

My adult son and I spent two night in your hotel while visiting family in the area. The staff was all very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. And yes, we really did like the breakfast. We really appreciated that there was so many different varieties of food offered, including the miso soup and rice and the furikake. We travel widely, and I don’t think I have ever seen miso soup and rice in a breakfast area. Thank you! If we come again to Portland, we will definitely stay again with your hotel!

Great breakfast. They serve early which allowed us to eat before early athletic event. Bed is comfy-feels smaller for 2 adult people. No microwave in the room but available downstairs to use anytime and great seating area to hangout and eat lunch and dinner. Missed the info on parking fee when hotel was booked.
