The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for sightseeing around Porto. Check in and check out was very easy. These are the things that I think could be improved: a number of lights were not working (bedroom, kitchen sink area and light outside the bathroom). The toaster wasn’t working. There were four of us staying but there was nowhere in the bathroom where you can hang any bath towels - I had to hang them off railings on the shelves in the hallway and bedroom. It would be good if kitchen paper towels were provided (we had to use toilet paper to dry things that you wouldn’t use a dishcloth for).

Clean apartment, nice welcoming gifts: coffee, tea, sardines. A narrow stair to the apartment - carrying suitcase was challenging. The biggest disappointment was that i got an apartment with a queen bed and a sofa,even though I requested three twin beds during booking, and repeated my request in a message to the hotel later.

Location excellent, close to Alliados and Trindade Metro and buses, 2.5 euros per trip. Metro from airport 40 minutes to Trindade. Supermarket at end of Street. Plenty of eateries in viscinity. Road works right next to apartment so noisy during the day but as out and about not a major issue. Issue with wardrobe door which we reported. Would recommend

We had a lovely week at the apartment. It was light, airy, spacious and located in a great spot for exploring Porto. Everything you may need is very close by - supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants, the metro, Bolhao Market, etc. It is around a 15-minute downhill walk to the riverside, and a steep walk back, but that's to be expected in Porto. Check-in is easy, and Spot Apartments office/reception is a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent and offers easy access to everything. A grocery store is just up the street, there are plenty of places to eat, and it's a short distance from the city center. The only drawbacks were the lack of an elevator and the very narrow entrance stairs. The space was also quite tight for four adults, and there were no closets to hang clothes—just a couple of small racks in the main bedroom and hallway. Despite this, we still really enjoyed the location.

Almost perfect but still highly recommended.

+ The apartment was mostly perfect. The air conditioning was a life-saver, beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful, the room was clean and there was plenty of space. The welcome package was appreciated. - We experienced 4 powercuts during the stay so were totally without power for hours. No real reason, apology or compensation was isssued.

Good base for a city break in Porto

I had a really nice stay at these apartments. Good communication before arrival. The apartment was comfortable with everything you need, shops and cafes very close. We were able to walk everywhere easily and the metro was nearby if needed. It was a little noisy at night from traffic and the bins being emptied. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent for a week’s stay, great location in the city centre with lots of amenities nearby. Very close to the Metro if coming from the airport with the added bonus of free left luggage as our flight back was in the evening. Would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to friends

This is a good place in Porto due to the location and access to the Trindade metro station. Amenities are abundant, whether historic sites, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The communication between the girls at the Spot office was excellent, we didn’t have any problem with a later check due to the office being closed. I would recommend if you want an apartment in a central part of the city.

Perfect apartment, just book it !

Simply one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The apartment was huge, great value for money, and the bedroom had no ceiling, so we could look up at the beams on the roof... the place was full of character, small private balcony, kitchen area, great communication from the staff.

Magnifique studio avec petite terrasse

Magnifique studio. Espace vaste, ouvert et lumineux, décoré avec goût sans trop de flaflas. Localisation excellente à deux pas du marché Bolhao. Cuisinette très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse qui nous permettait de terminer la soirée avec un verre de vin pendant que ma fille dormait à l’intérieur.
