Older property, well kept, friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was my room was in the basement floor and across from my door is housekeeping. In the morning I could here staff rolling carts down their hall and out of that area.

Very bad experience, and even worse after. I checked in after a long day, set to relax a bit. 1. The comfy looking chair is broken, the back falls like a recliner but it isn't. Ok, I'll sit on the bed. Turn on the TV. A screen asking for some codes pops up. No way to change or make it work. I call the staff. The come to look. They push the same buttons I pushed, and guess what? It still doesn't work. No chair, no TV.. Ok, stream a show on my phone. WIFI is SLOW!... Ok, I'll just go to bed... Good morning... Breakfast starts at 7. Great... Got there at 7:15a... only a quarter of the food is out, egg/sausage not hot... They will be in about 15 minutes... But, too bad for me. I have to hit the road at 7:30a... So no meaningful breakfast. Coffee was fine - no half/half. Too much went wrong here for the price I paid. Don't stay here. Also, don't expect help from Orbitz when things go wrong. They have no interest in helping fix or compensate when the booking goes bad. You are on your own.

The staff were great. However, I got in late and had to take a shower and the water was extremely hot. The towels are very rough. Housekeeping walked into our room because his paper stated that we were checked out. The hotel had a damp smell. Overall the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Worst holiday inn stay

The heat didn’t work we turned it on at 77it came on for a few seconds then turned off . It was an ice box over night.The poor breakfast lady had no help so breakfast took half hour prob worst holiday inn stay .ATM didn’t work so had to walk down to the gas station to get a tip for the breakfast lady Linda.windows were very dirty
