Lack of quality at the Quality inn

No elevator. Checked in with cane but no accommodations offered (1st floor room for example). Wanted ice but had to find ice machine on my own. During shower had water up to my calves (poor drainage). Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were oddly square.

Left as soon as I checked in

The bathroom had ants, the TV didn't work, and the WiFi didn't work. I checked in and then immediately left and filed a complaint with Hotels.com the next morning. Only take as an absolute last resort.

This hotel was a great place for the price, and the price was surprisingly affordable. Nothing to complain about. The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was better than good enough, location was convenient and parking was easy. A very good option generally but "great" considering the price.

It was ok. Bed was nice good sized room. It was very clean. Only thing they gave me a room where the little tc said don't touch TV or it will break. I said ok I'll just use remote like always. That might I go to bed and turn the TV off and went to turn it on the next morning and it was dead. They expected me to keep a TV on all night hell no. Also the fridge sounded like a fish tank. Noise all day and night. Other than that was ok good to get your head cleared a bit. New hotel for me next time though.

We enjoyed our stay. The host and staff were lovely, accommodating and welcoming. Buffet Breakfast good. Parking area old but paved with ez hotel entry. Bathroom great,AC great-new and guest controlled, bed comfortable, room darkening curtains great,fridge great/roomy, microwave in room, free tv choices good, linens nice, slept well! One thing could be improved-obvious cleaning product scent, but once in the room it did not put me off as I feared. WE WOULD SURELY RETURN HERE FOR ANOTHER STAY! Owners have done a good job updating an older hotel. I'm handicapped and booked without checking for an elevator-my negligence! Fortunately when I shared this with the hosts they gave me a lovely first floor room to accommodate my needs. There were 2nd floor rooms that rrequired the ability to climb stairs. If in the area we will stay again.

Room was dated and needing some repairs, especially in the bathroom. Shower curtain ends are installed upside down so there's nothing to hold the curtain closed resulting in the wet wall and what looks like possibly mold. AC was awesome!

Enjoyed our two-night stay at the Hyde Park property during a weekend in the Hudson Valley. It is convenient to the FDR Museum and Library as well as the CIA and the Vanderbilt Mansion. And it's a quick jaunt to the Everready for lunch and the Rhinebeck Farmer's Market on Sunday! The staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the offerings at the breakfast bar. Will definitely stay again!

My stay was good — room was clean and bed comfortable. It was also quiet, which is important to me. The air coming from the air conditioning seemed damp, which was puzzling. Very good price.

Overall we had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a piece of molding that was pulled away from the wall. It should be replaced, it wasn't in good shape. The staff was very kind & accommodating, we ended our stay 1 day early because we did everything we wanted to do in the area. They refunded us the money for the extra night! Hotel is very close to FDR home, Museum & Library and also the Vanderbilt mansion. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Rude and inaccurate

The desk clerk tried to charge me twice for the third night and was exceptionally unhelpful when I pointed out my reservation was for 3 nights,‘not 2. They kept saying this was an Expedia problem, not something they could fix, even though they had the correct information. They were rude and unhelpful.
