Great location, breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, clean rooms, superb staff. Hotel also accommodates large groups (Viking cruises) so at times may be a wait for one of the two elevators. Would definately stay here again!

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. Visited in December for the Christmas markets and to see Prague Castle. We used the Metro to save some steps on the way to Prague Castle, but we were able to easily walk everywhere else! Metro station was one block away. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the perfect place for an evening beverage to recap the day then head up to the room. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodate!

The overall condition of the hotel room was not up to the expected standard. The room appears outdated, with old television screens, and I was provided with a very small single bed despite having notified in advance that I required single beds. In addition, there is no proper lighting control system for the room lamps, which must be turned on and off manually, causing inconvenience.

Warm, friendly staff from the start till the end at the check in & out counter. Highly efficient when we asked for iron and ironing board at almost midnight. Greeted warmly by the team of staff at breakfast. Highly recoomend it. Great location, easy access to hisotric sites and shopping.
