this place is a hidden gem. its not a 5 star, but it is a great place to stay. its close enough to everything. the staff are great and the check in was easy. the room was clean and comfortable. also, because you need a code/card for everything, it is safe. the breakfast was amazing. the choices are standard to other places, but it was fresh, good, and you can get your fill. the staff work hard to keep the place clean, and you can see it. i would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel, nice staff, breakfast was ok, but mostly meat. Big drawback is smokers blocking the door most times we came and went... overall Europeans seem to smoke and vape all over without a care for blowing smoke on others (including my child), but the hotel could establish a no smoking zone around the main door

Breakfast and breakfast staff are wonderful. Front desk staff can use some training in customer service, as our first point of interaction we were met with a lady that appears quite frustrated and unwilling to assist. Rooms as pictured but dated. The room we got the first night the AC did not work which made the room extremely hot. We were told to open the windows and offered a small desk fan that barely circulated air. After some arguing and asking if we can have another room, it was initially declined but then sorted out.

The hotel is very near to the main station (around 5 min walk) so it’s very well connected to move around the city. I like also the self-check in/out machine that they have.

Very nice staff. Close to train station. Walkable to the old town and lots of restaurants around. Spacious room. No air-conditioned but there is a ceiling fan in my room. I kept windows open all the time so that the room was not too hot. In general, I enjoyed my stay in Prague.

Ordered this hotel for the second time because of the convenient location for our family (walking distance to train, airport bus, downtown). Received great customer service. I’ve seen effort in helping me to find corc screw in the hotel kitchen. We also ordered breakfast to go because of early check out and we picked up in the evening. It was big breakfast! Very appreciated. Thank you for all. Will be back again!

This hotel is in a great location near the train station which is also where the Airport Express bus stops. It’s a short walk to the old town and many restaurants. My room was basic but clean and I was on the quiet side of the building. I loved that my bathroom had an openable window. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices and fresh fruit. Breakfast room staff are to be commended for constantly replenishing food and cleaning tables.

We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and the lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating. She kindly allowed us to check in early and return later to collect the keys which we did around 1 PM. The room was spacious, clean, though fairly basic. The shower had good water pressure, although the hose was slightly leaking not a big issue, but worth noting. The location is great about 10 minutes’ walk to the Old Town centre and close to other attractions. The hotel also offers breakfast with a good variety of options, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the noise. The windows seemed a bit old and thin, so we could hear the trams passing and the main entrance door slamming frequently. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would likely return.

Property was decent for the price. If you're expecting luxury, this is not it, but it seems pretty well run with friendly helpful staff. For me i wanted somewhere that was decent at avreasonavle price and thats what I got. The location was great for me as its a 5 min walk to the main train station which is how I came and left Prague. I didnt find it as noisy as some other reviewers said despite being on the front of the hotel. Yes, there are trams, but its the middle of a large city, so thats pretty normal. The hotal has a nice atmosphere and is pretty quiet, despite many young people staying when I was there (evidenced at breakfast). I liked it.

The room I was in was small, clean and comfortable, but stuffy. When the outside temperature went up to over 25 deg C, this is when the room became very uncomfortable. I had a room on the ground floor, with my windows opening out onto a small court yard, with the windows open there was no air flow and the room became uncomfortable to sit or sleep in. I asked at reception for a fan to help cool the room. But the reply I got from the reception person was, sorry you can not have a fan as you do not have a deluxe room. I checked with my friend who staying in the same hotel and paid the same price as I did for his room, which included a fan. So I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also I suggest that Hotels.com should have a word with the hotel owners, at how their guests are treated, or take the hotel off there books. I was very disappointed and will not be staying there again. I will think twice before I believe any hotel write ups and look more at the guest reviews. Be careful out
