Bed was best we ever slept on!! In pife. On any travel or at home. Book this hotel and you wont regreat it. Superior room was very small (no 213), which I doubt is 20m2, as declared on hotels.com. If you are travelin by car, dont book this hotel in 2025 and 2026. There is major street reconstruction and we lost on friday afternoon 45 minutes to make 5km circle by car, than parked on the street, struggeled to carry our suitcases to a hotel and paid a big fine for street parking as we did not know blue lines are for residens only and you get nice surprise - wheel lock. Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom is beautif and well equiped. Hotel bar at night is nothing special.

Breakfast has been lovely although we have had a few hiccups. No water on Monday and no hot water on Tuesday so couldn't shower before going out. Workers burst a main pipe and yes I get that but we should have been informed eg telephone call or letter under your door. They are also saying we owe city taxes which says on our paperwork that we have paid, but the hotel are saying they have not received the money from yourselves. Not a nice experience and not my problem. You need to sort this out.

The pictures of the hotel were staged. The reception, the bar and the lobby are much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The bar and the reception desk are attached. The person at the reception desk also acts as the bartender. In the shower, there is conditioner and shampoo/gel combination which is used to clean oneself. There is no separate soap to use. No facecloth is provided. There is construction going on around the property.

We were upgraded from the superior room to a superior with the view of the museum. It was very comfortable, with a little sitting area and very comfortable bed. The bathroom is quite new, great shower, but in a bathtub (it is not our thing) Very well located if you’re planing to do day trips by train. It is also within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He insisted we should take the metro right beside the hotel instead of walking to another one, for our way back to the airport. He was right, it was very easy ride and quite fast (you don’t need a taxi). It would have been better to have breakfast included (only hotel without breakfast in our 2 weeks in Czechia) but we did have a coffee machine in the room and a mini-fridge.

Very nice hotel, but very noisy equipment

The hotel was very nice, very clean and very comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice, very friendly and helpful. The cheese platter in the room was a very nice thing. However, there was a very big piece of electrical equipment on the wall in a very narrow courtyard outside of the rooms . Possibly an air conditioning unit or something like that maybe and it would activate about every 30 seconds very loudly, so a good nights sleep was virtually impossible. Also the television frequently froze and then turned itself off
