Family Vacation

The room and hotel were both extremely clean. The bathroom in the room was awesome, super clean and spa like. The beds were all very comfortable. We had a view of the city center, and it was beautiful - great people watching. We also went to the rooftop for a drink, it was stunning. It does get a little loud at night, but we just used a white noise App, we all slept really great. The AC fan would also do the trick. The breakfast was included and our whole family enjoyed it. Just FYI, we had to park our car in a garage that was about a 10-minute walk away and cost about $50 US dollars a night. They do offer a pass to drive up to pick up bags, but it was too confusing to find the way in with a lot of people around.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrific. It started with Room 003 — to get there, you have to go through two sets of stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient if you have luggage. Then the AC broke down. While the staff did offer me a temporary room for the night (which, to be fair, was excellent), I had to return to my original room afterward. Even after the AC was “fixed,” it barely worked. The room was so hot that it came with two fans by default — which says a lot about the conditions. To make matters worse, loud music from the hotel’s bar could be heard clearly in my room. The bass pierced through the walls, and the music didn’t stop until 12:50 AM. On top of that, I could hear every movement from the room above me. Sleeping before 2 AM was nearly impossible. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly. But overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable, and I would never stay here again — not even if the room was half price. Did I mention they didn’t even provide any bottle water in the room at all? But you can purchase it from the mini bar but not free.
This is just one of the two stair you need to walk up and down just to get to your room.

Leaking ceiling

On the last night, we discovered an excessive water leak coming from the ceiling, which soaked the bed and made it completely unusable. This was a major inconvenience and caused considerable discomfort. As it occurred late at night and on our final night, we were unable to report the issue immediately and instead informed staff at checkout. While we understand that the hotel was not made aware of the issue during the night it happened, the extent of the damage and the impact it had on our stay still warrants compensation. This is not the standard of accommodation we expected, and it significantly affected our experience.

The staff was great. We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful time. Our small kids were with us. The room was one of the best we've stayed in over here in Europe. I love writing this review because they really were great. Breakfast was very good. The area has a lot of shopping a restaurants. And we Uber'd everywhere from here. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.
