What an amazing stay from start to finish we were treated exceptionally. I booked based on reviews and price but was a little sceptical it seemed to good to be true! We booked the trsf ftom airport through the hotel which was perfect a lady waiting in arrivals- she took us straight to collect keys from hotel Kinsky as we were a late flight which was opposite. Room was massive on 5th floor and only metres from the tram stop Udjed as well ( from airport you can get bus 59 and then no 20 tram which we took to go home 50 minutes and £1.50!! ) The hotel does get a little noise ftom tram but nothing that affected sleep. Room was cleaned daily and had a brand new kitchen if needed. Around the apartment is a couple of cafes loads of mini markets open till 1am a lovely Korean restaurant and all very reasonably priced. We were approx 15mins to Charles Bridge walk but trams very frequent that take you everywhere .staff were so quick with any questions and allowed us to store luggage for a few hours on departure day. All in all one of the best city breaks i have had and accommodation really made it special- if you like Jazz then jazz dock a 5minute walk and we had a great night listening to live jazz . Thank you again to all the staff 😍

Apartments were in a perfect location. In a quiet neighborhood just outside of the main touristy areas. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Tram stops just outside the hotel made getting around the city easy. Most sights within a 15-20 min walk.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. I've seen in some of the reviews that people complain about the noise from the tram but those folks must be really light sleepers because you could barely hear that and my windows were facing the street.

This hotel was an excellent stay in a great location! The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and they even accommodated my early check-in, which I really appreciated. We lost hot water one day, but as soon as we informed reception, they fixed it immediately. The bus stop is just five minutes away, and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you want comfort, convenience, and great service in Prague!

Front desk staff was great! Gave us a restaurant recommendation which was fabulous and close by. Our apt was in ground floor, so there was street noise and vibration from the tram. Bathroom was great! Nice big tub and good shower. Nice location. Great value for the price.

Very clean apartment big and spacious apartment, it came with espresso coffee which I adore, the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a very welcomed gift. Housekeeping came even though we were only staying for 2 night which was amazing. Reception staff were nice and polite. Easy to check in and check out. 20minute walk to the central places to visit or a short tram ride which was perfect. I would highly recommend and stay again

Nice place. No city view. Open windows to ventilate the rooms. Beds and sheets are nice. No breskfast, but there's coffee in the room. Prefer to stay at Miss Sophie's at Charles Bridge.

10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Prague. Location was incredible and made walking to all major attractions super easy. The apartment was spacious with lots of amenities. The taxi service to and from the airport was incredibly convenient. They made my first time in Prague easy, comfortable, and an all around amazing time. If I visit Prague again in the future, I will definitely be staying here again.

A good hotel for a quick stay in Prague with an easy walk to Charles Bridge. Be aware the apartments do not have air conditioning. Weather was pleasant during my visit, but one would want to plan accordingly if visiting in th hotter months.

The property is in a good location within walking distance to the Old Town (about 15 mins), and is right between two tram stations. I felt fairly safe. The room was clean and spacious and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies which was useful. The common area and stairwell were not very well lit however.

No air conditioning, some glasses were dirty and problems with shower pressure and hot water and broken light in the kitchen but excellent location, comfortable bed, very spacious appartment would recommend and will return but some attention to details would make it so much better
