Fab hotel!

Everything was fabulous at this hotel especially the food in the restaurant. Room was huge with fabulous bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Internet very good and the room overall was very comfortable. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff

This is our second stay at Cape Nidhra we love this hotel for the location, friendly staff and the beautiful rooms. We had the garden pool room and it was excellent having a plunge pool access. The hotel grounds are absolutely tranquil and lush!

Staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean, private, and quiet. We had troubles with the AC in one of the rooms. We notified the front desk on our way out for dinner. They sent someone to check the AC while we were out. AC was nice and cool when we came back. Everything was good. The breakfast was good but could be better with better food selections because this is a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel but not worth the price

While the hotel is very nice, the service is not that great and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are also beocming a little dated. It's a nice hotel but it is not worth being one of the most expensive hotels in Hua Hin especially when there are newer and nicer hotels in the town.

Great hotel. Really nice, hope to come back again. Just 2 things need to be improved / fix: another tissue-box at the bathroom, would have been useful and the tap at the sink near the restaurant`s toilet need to be changed. It is almost touching the sink and when washing hands, can not avoid touching the sink with your hand, which is not too hygiene, since the tap is just too low... Other than that, all was perfect, it is really a nice place.

Worst Ever!

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform. B. Hotel Room * Interior of room very nicely done up, as per advertised. * Outdoor is not as per advertise - city view. We end up not stepping out, zero privacy as we face some local house and old sport court. very disappointing C. Cleanliness * We had a cockroach in our room D. House Keeping * Placed my cpap sleeping mask with mozzies repellent.
