Tried to check in early and just was told no, like it wasnt even considered. Final decision to pick this hotel over others is i really wanted to sit in the jacuzzi, and went down on Sunday and it was gross, even smelled. When i reported it they said they were sorry but the maintenance guy doesnt work on Sundays.

We did have to wait like 20 extra minutes for our room to be ready after regular checkin time but over all stay was wonderful. Very clean amazing house keeping staff and front desk. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Update to stat

The hotel needs updating. Carpet is very dirty, lifted in areas. Grout is missing in the tile. There is a new hotel going in down the street and will be staying there when done.
