Good solid value 10 minutes walk from the raikway station and central shopping. Great kitchenette. As ever with "rooms" the absence of onsite staff is fine unless things go wrong.

Fantastic spa break stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful and the outside areas and bar really make it special. Food in the Orangery is fabulous and the room was big and had everything we needed.

Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.
