Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. Easy to get to most sites. The room was a good size however the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and it probably should be replaced soon. Parking was very easy and affordable for a city, the hotel offers a discount if you use the parking lot they recommend. They put water in the room for you each day, which was a very nice touch.

Stayed here a few times now and love it. The staff are incredible, thoughtful and efficient. Rooms spotless, thought-through and high spec. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Liverpool.

I was there on my own whilst my father was in hospital & the staff were so kind & obliging. It really is a great hotel throughout. Food was perfect.

First time for us at this modern hotel and it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Liverpool post cruise. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave great local advice. The hotel felt very safe & secure, no one could just wander in. A hotel key card is needed for the doors and elevator. Our room was great, very clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept 12hrs the first night! The room had a mini kitchen, smart tv, huge wardrobe, safe & ironing board. Bathroom was huge but a walk in shower would have been easier for us both. I should have checked. This was a room only basis but there are loads of eateries nearby. Highly recommend The Wreck for breakfast, just 50m away. We would stay at The Resident Liverpool again.
