Clean room, good staff and excellent location. The beach access is superb, the beach itself is stunning and the facilities of beach towels and lounges is also great. The kitchenette with the microwave and dishware was also super helpful.

Everyone were so nice, friendly and went over and above to make our trip the best! We’ll definitely be staying here again! The rooms, grounds and pools were very clean. The beach was fabulous! Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for all! It was quiet and great for adults!! Not really a resort for kids. Overall, outstanding!

The beach was breathtaking! The water temps were always perfect too! We felt safe and loved the fact there were no sales people approaching us on the beach. Gardens were stunning and all pathways offered views of multiple flowers and interesting shrubs. The hot tub was so convenient and very relaxing for after dips in the sea! Plus it was a great way to meet other guests and share our experiences. Our unit was clean and well stocked, the daily towel change out was so nice as well. Our cleaner was very friendly too! We enjoyed our morning breakfasts on our patio. We also loved using the resort bicycles for exercise and to run into town for ice cream and meals. It's a very convenient location! We will highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return visit.

The only downfall was the restaurant...i have serious allergy which i asked the server about..she wasnt sure so i asked her to double check with the kitche/Chef and she came back saying it was safe for me to order that plate...needless to say i took only one bite and my bf finished the rest..and i got sick for a day and a bit..the server saw i didnt eat anything and all she said is - i feel bad you are going to bed hungry...anyway..not a great first experience at the restaurant..we didnt got back after..plenty of better option around!! Housekeeping and staff and overall property are great will suggest it foe sure!!

This is a great resort with one BIG exception. Their WiFi does not work. As an IT professional I can tell that they have an outdate system with not enough capacity. It routinely kicks people off when it is at capacity, crashes routinely and is invisible much of the time. Comments, suggestions, complaints by me and other guests were not responded to. As I needed to do work from here, it turned out to be impossible to attend zoom meeting, submit documents and connect by email. Very frustrating in this day and age that a luxury hotel has unreliable internet.

Staff courteous from the moment we arrived. Room very clean. Everyone was accommodating. Every staff member from housekeeping to maintenance to beach staff always said good morning or hi when we walked by. I will recommend everyone that visirs Turks and Caicos to stay at Royal West Indies.

This is our go-to place in Turks. It is right on the beach, we always have a great time. Staff is very courteous and we feel welcome/at home here. The bar has been recently renovated and looks very upscale.
