Great resort! The staff were nice, room was cleaned every day, which was nice. Loved Cathee, Sherman and Ricky. Grounds were beautifully and well taken care of. So quiet and peaceful, which we really loved. Stayed in building 7, room 714.

Resort was beautiful !! Most of the staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean however, the TV went out halfway through our stay and was out for a few days. No ice machine on site and we had to purchase ice daily and seemed like we were putting them out. Also had to ask for washcloths every day for they were not provided with towels.

I had a wonderful room with a ground floor patio next to the adult (quiet) pool. The entire resort is laid out beautifully, with lush tropical foliage everywhere. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location, right on the beach, was perfect.

The food at this hotel is terrible, but the front desk ladies, especially Tushae, are incredibly helpful. The whole Turks and Caicos is so expensive that they charge a 12% government tax! That’s higher than the U.S. (I’d rather spend my money here in the USA).
