The room was large and clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable! The only reason I didn’t give my stay five stars is because of one staff member that was talking really loud about personal stuff that was offensive to me. I would still recommend this hotel though.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. They have great breakfast. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My family(mom and siblings plus their families) and I were able to spend time together playing games in the common area. We had the best time!!

The room was good, breakfast was great, Staff was friendly. The blind in our room was stuck open about 12" from the bottom with a glaring light shining right in. We talked to the front desk who said they were aware but couldn't do anything about it. We ended up stuffing our bags and pillows in the window at night for privacy, and to block out the light. I'm pretty upset that they did nothing at all to, at the very least make it better, or a temporary fix, or anything.

First of all we were greeted by a women who was not dressed professional at all. After being on the road for most of the day, we couldn’t wait to get into a nice warm hot tub. Well, it did not work, she had no idea what the problem was and there were really no options. The next day the asst. manager said sorry, but if you’re not a member, I can not give you any points toward something else. So…that’s where it is. The only remaining room was the handicap one with a king bed. It was fine, clean etc. Nothing special about the visit. Except things don’t work as advertised. So - probably will not visit a Hampton Inn again.
