Esoectacular el hotel

I was impressed about the design of this hotel. We got a room with a beautiful backyard garden. Location is very close to Pudong airport. Free shuttle service is also very helpful.

Hotel was decent, nothing special. Breakfast was ok - not fresh for sure. I was there for 1 week and it was the same everyday, I could tell it wasn't fresh. Only fresh thing was the guy making egg omelette. Surprisingly hardly anybody at the hotel spoke English. Very difficult to communicate, I didn't expect it as you would expect a high end hotel to. I personally wouldn't pay all that money to come here again, would rather pay less/half and go elsewhere. It was my 1st time in China/Shanghai. If I had of known it would be been like that then I would have rather stayed elsewhere and saved some money. As I've mentioned it wasn't anything special.

Great experience

The bed was comfortable, but the room floor especially was dirty dusty don’t know the last time the floor had been mopped. It felt gritty. Equipment in the gym old, but worked the hotel TV programming indicated to English channels. There were none. The staff was not very friendly, especially in the dining room. There was a gentleman that worked in that area that was not friendly towards me.
