Book Marriott Hotels & Resorts Pudong accommodation from NZ$74

We were sad to have only booked 1 night as the beds and sheets were sooooo comfy, we wished we would have needed longer :) Choice of soft and firm pillows was a very welcome surprise and the space of the room and bathroom was perfect too. Staff we met were all polite, friendly and helpful. Some spoke English quite well which was a relief as we had no need for Google translate and made the stay even easier. We had had parcels delivered to the hotel and these were all present andf easy to find. Breakfast had a good choice and a great eating area. The distance from airpoirt was perfect and the shuttle bus ideal - all great. I can only think of 1 improvement: to have the bus stop area marked clearer witht he words of Holiday Inn Express added and ideally also an electric time-sign post added to the standing area.

I love that they gave out warm walnut chocolate chip cookies at check in. Also they’re very accommodating and quite respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

Wehad an amazing experience with this hotel. It was wonderful service, all stuff at the hotel was highly professional and helpful! Specifically Nancy, Johnny and Amanda! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was modern and very pretty. Location was great, it’s right next to the tallest building in Shanghai and very close to the metro stop. Yet, the walls were too thin so we can hear other people talking. Their checkin process was disorganized, we literally have to check with the front desk each time, and they did not text/call us.
