The hotel is very outdated. The 1st room didn’t have a safe; I waited around 90 minutes for assistance and nobody came to install one. Operator was rude leaving me on hold without hearing me out even when I was polite. I got another room with safe not working and not fixed to wall; had to wait again; wasted 4 hours. Pool area is awful; beach furniture awful and not enough for amount of people. Alcohol beverage is awful, beer from machine watered down with water.

The room was clean, the staff was great. The bigger pool was closed and too many children in the pool area. So if you’re traveling as a couple I wouldn’t recommend, they were in the gym and running down the halls. (Not the hotels fault). Super noisy with construction, people so not as peaceful as would have wanted.

Amenities in the room were more than expected. Bathroom is very nice and spacious. Ocean view was as expected. Nice to have a balcony to enjoy the sunset.

The staff was not very welcoming or courteous. They gave us a room with double beds when we reserved a room with a king size bed. When we asked to be moved to a room with a king size bed like we had reserved, in a very unapologetic way they said they didnt have one available, that what we got was all they had available and they could move us to a new room the next day. We were only there for 2 days. I didn't want to unpack one day in one room and move to a new room the next. Also the hotel is under construction and had one small pool for everyone. The pool was so full and no where to even sit by the pool. The whole place needs to be renovated. Unpleasant stay for many reasons.we will not be going back.
