Yes courteous and clean and quiet. The breakfast very substantial with something for everyone. I think it’s my 3rd stay because close to airport and good price. Easy walk to restaurants, bus stops, marina.

El estacionamiento es muy pequeño. No caben los carros. Los ponen a estacionar en la rampa. Y le pegaron a mi carro. Si te vas a hospedar y tienes carro NO te lo recomiendo

Check in was chaotic. Room door was wide open upon arrival. No towels at all. After 2 requests we received towels at 10 pm. Too late for showers. We had to go to lobby bathroom to wash our hands. At check out we asked for taxi, it never showed up.

The room was very clean and quiet. A substantial free breakfast was provided every morning. The wifi was excellent. The pool was well maintained and there was always a spot to relax in the sun or shade. I liked this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, including a Soriana and Marina Vallarta is a short walk.
