Love that it is in front of the pier. Lights up wonderfully. The rooms could use an upgrade. The room we stayed was alright but the bathroom was outdated, was dark very little light, mirrors were in bad shape. The toilets seem like a toilet in a public restroom. The room only had a small lamp butthe rest of the room did have any additional lights or ceilings fan.

We loved being in the Romantic Zone. Right in the heart of the action. Close to the Malecon and many good restaurants. I think that the only buffet restaurant that the all-inclusive offered to eat at, got boring. If they had included 3 a la carte meals at their other restaurant during the week, like other resorts do, would have improved the experience.

I liked the service. However, our toilet leaked the entire time we were there. The front desk said it would be replaced and even made a day and time to do the work. No one ever showed up.

We were returning from a 3 day stay in Yelapa via water taxi & I was soo fortunate to find this gem right at the end of the Pier! Our view was absolutely stunning! Beautiful room & amazing staff! Zona Romantica is our favorite part of Puerto Vallarta. Hotel was wonderful, we stayed for 2 nights in the suite on the 6 floor . This is very good size room with a balcony and ocean view. The hotel surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants.

The room I got (I think the named it a “superior room”had stains on sheets and mold on a pillow case disassembled safety box….not realizing there was no fridge in it…. I requested to have a fridge brought to original room since I’m diabetic and had meds that needed to be refrigerated…. They while not accommodate moving the fridge to the room, I ended up paying an extra $200usd after haggling the price down to get an upgraded room ( that looks like a basic standard room in other hotels) “all inclusive “ is not inclusive … the buffet was very salty hard to eat, and the restaurant area doesn’t allow for you to bring your complimentary drinks from the buffet side to the private pool you have access to, or have a special guest option for complimentary drinks. I feel since they were recently renovated/under new management, they are still figuring stuff out, very sad but I hope they get their stuff together for future guest. The room I got was a “deluxe room” with two double beds… I think with a random couch, it was definitely cleaner but as I mentioned nothing special Would I stay in this hotel room with the deluxe room…sure but for the price and offerings they give you not worth the price

Great location and walkable to everything. The staff were kind and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. My only complaint is the noise. Between the downstairs bar blasting music and the neighboring restaurants competing to be louder it was all too much. Relaxing quietly on the deck overlooking the ocean is not possible. On the weekend people party on the beach with speakers till 2-3 AM. So expect loud music and beach noise from 9 am-2am. Bring ear plugs, cause even the windows don’t filter out noise or bass vibrations. However it’s a great party vibe if you are here more for a party than relaxing.

One night stay. Room was not ready at check in. We were able to eat before check in. Lunch was good. Not enough beach chairs. A lot of locals on the beach in front of property. The hotel is steps from beach. Great location. Hotel is older. My room did not have the door chain lock nor the balcony door lock. The location is great, there a lot of cafes and foods near by. You can walk to everything.
