If you are looking for beautiful rooms, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The property itself is nice but these rooms have not been remodeled since they opened the resort. When you get there, they spend almost 2 hours trying to pitch their new hotel. I finally had to raise my voice and say enough is enough I AM NOT INTERESTED. If you don't like the same food everyday, DO NOT GET ALL INCLUSIVE. The food is HORRIBLE and very, very, processed. The only reason I would ever stay at this place again would be because it is in a very convenient location to everything including Malecon. Bottom line. If you don't mind REALLY old rooms with plastered patchwork EVERYWHERE in the room...this place is fine. If you want a more luxurious room...there are plenty of other locations within walking distance.

I like the security and the staff was friendly but I had a bad experience my daughter broke her toe slipped on water in the lobby there was no notice nobody help or even bother making a report or offer to help with medical expenses even tho I ask I spoke to 3 members and all they say was to take her to a local pharmacy because the onsite doctor was going to be expensive.. I took my daughter to the doctor she refer X-rays and after they recommended a boot which we bought. That the thing that got me disappointed because I felt like we were not important nobody follow up with us or even try helping.

Restaurants very expensive. Drinks very expensive. Outside options are way much attractive and reasonable priced. A liter of sangria for $99 pesos as opposed to a simple pina colada with a premade mix at the hotel for a total of more than $200, unreal! We really liked the kitchenette at the room. Rooms were comfortable and clean

Great Resort, highly recommend if you’re taking a trip with the family. Kid friendly, definitely not a place to relax if you want to be away from the kids. Cons, it’s a marketing hotel. They will try to give you these great deals in the beginning with free items but push you to buy a time share with them! Other than that a nice resort. Just beware of the timeshare being thrown at you !!!
