I just retired from my career as a senior engineering control last year and scheduled a vacation.To visit Puerto Vallarta after more than 20 years of not being there We arrived at a hotel that cost me very cheap, less than $300 for two nights and three days,If you can't park your car there, you'll have to look for a nearby parking spot or on the street.The rate was not all inclusive, the first day there was a coffee sachet, I requested a second sachet for the second day and they told me that since food was not included, there was no coffee.After three attempts, each one lasting 10 minutes with different people from the hotel, fortunately I had bought coffee at Costco and that was not a problem.I talked about this little incident with the manager's assistant at the hotel and it seems that she didn't care.

It was a very busy place. They had so many rules about paying for your meals - you can't use cash, you have to charge to your room, you can only pay by credit card, you can only use this voucher and not this voucher..... It was very annoying and confusing. We asked for an cot twice and didn't receive it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The entire resort was very clean.

This Resort is great for the family, good places to eat within. I did not get the all inclusive as I like to go out of the resort and explore dining outside, besides it's cheaper. The service is great, the staff is great, so the only negative thing I would say is some waiters/staff members aren't too attentive at times due to possible influx of guests can be overwhelming.

Front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am of Mexican descent and I truly don’t know why they treat people who look American a lot better and give them no trouble, but for someone who looks Mexican they give us so much trouble. I was born in the United States and they treated me like my money and business was worth less than a white person. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel at all.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The food was horrible. Staff was rude when you would ask for anything on top of that money was stolen out of my room when I put the do not clean sign. lunch was supposed to have been included however when we went to go eat, it was buffet style, which was fine when we served our plates the waitress later came back and told us they gave us the wrong menu and they wanted to charge us extra. The rooms pillows and blankets smelled very wet and musky. Overall, the hotel just had no good amenities. Jacuzzi did not even work.

This was our second time at this property. The first time was for about 20 days. The pools are awesome and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the grounds are very well kept. Great for families!

There was black mold in bathroom, the smell in the unit was horrible. I have asthma, I had to practically beg for a new room. The guy at front desk Ivan was very rude about the whole situation. Ruined our trip, had to cancel trip to Saulita because we had to check out of our room and wait for a new one

This resort gets a C overall. It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. We will probably not come back again. We travel about 10 times a year to explore different resorts so this my honest opinion and especially having been to many other resorts in the area.
