This resort is a gem, with warm, welcoming staff and a quiet, refined feel absent in much larger properties. The staff set the tone and are the resort's greatest asset as they are attentive without being obstrusive and never fail to notice guest's needs. You sense they are completely guest focused. Their friendliness makes for a welcoming 'home' and I was initially surprised that so many guests were repeat visitors, but quickly realized why. Many staff have been long time employees and welcome former visitors as family. A unique ambience. The facility is well maintained and kept meticulously clean by the staff. I purchased the all inclusive package and the three restaurants offered excellent a la carte food and attentive, friendly service. I plan to return, as have so many guests. If looking for a friendly, refined and quiet property with superb staff you'll not go wrong.

It’s our second stay at Villa Premiere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal. It’s a nice walk to the Malecón and Zona Romantica, enough for good exercise. All rooms have a full ocean view and the sound of the waves is a great way to fall asleep. We’ll be back.

We recently stayed at Villa Premier in Puerto Vallarta and it was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. No loud music, no overwhelming crowds… just a beautiful, calm atmosphere where we could truly unwind. The service was outstanding. Javier made sure we always had drinks in hand and gave us the best food recommendations. Paul was amazing as well—he treated us like friends from the moment we arrived. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The only downside was feeling pressured into attending a timeshare presentation. Roberto made it seem like we were obligated to go, and that part really took away from the otherwise perfect experience. I wish the hotel didn’t push that on guests. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again. The location, the vibe, and especially the staff made this trip unforgettable. — Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene, adults-oriented getaway.

We brought our brother and sister in law for their first visit to puerto vallarta, and chose Villa Premier for our stay. What a lovely boutique hotel, at the north end of downtown in a perfect location with shopping restaurants and the vibrant local life just outside. We will come again!

Overall it was ok. First room had no view, so asked for higher room which was arranged on 2nd day. The overall room is nice and good sized. The staff is extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The food was okay. We found a great restaurant nearby that we frequented a few times during our stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and kept clean. We will stay again however we would not do the all inclusive again. The drinks lacked flavor the food was a 6 out of 10. The buffet at the sister hotel had better food. We will eat and drink at all the near by restaurants next visit.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfy, with wonderful seaside amenities. All pictures repeat this place very accurately. 5-star service. Check-in process is very slow, but they customize your stay right then, which is super cool and worth the wait.

This was such amazing experience and hotel to stay at. It was close to everything. Staff was beyond friendly and took care of our needs without asking. They anticipated and knew our taste in drinks. Julio was exceptionally helpful. The room was so spacious and comfortable and had amazing views. It was the perfect vacation spot.
