This was So nice !! Willy was the best concierge I could’ve asked for he was helpful with literally everything I wanted and even gave my ideas on stuff that was super nice to gentrify my vacation all in all breathless Punta canta is 1000/10 and xhale club was insane you must see it in person for your self!

The bed was a little hard and the drinks were kind of weak but I guess that’s why they offer bottles for sale. Outside of that beautiful property, food was ok, vibe was great. I would go back. Don’t get the swim up because it’s just a lazy river in front of your room.

So many areas of disappointment: 1. The bell man did not show us to our room, so we had to go on adventure to find it ourselves (no clear signs as to which building has which numbered rooms). 2. The conjoining door in our room was broken and maintenance did not come to fix the room until the next day. When we told the service desk, their first response was “you’re going to have to come back in an hour”! 3. Breathless customers can go to the Dreams side, but Dreams customers have to be 18+ to come over. There was no security monitoring people and there were underaged minors in the hotel club/bar being served ALCOHOL. A brawl occurred one night as a result of drunken teenagers. 4. Although we know cheaper liquor is used at all-inclusives, the drinks were too watered down (even the premium liquor).

Our stay was great. Daniel at the pool bar went above and beyond and just fun. The one complaint I have is the lack of refreshing towels and washcloths. We requested those while we were at the pool and when we returned 3 hours later still no towels and washcloths. I contacted our guest concierge and was told they confirmed they had delivered those to our room. We found someone in the hallway cleaning rooms and asked for those. We were told we had to contact guest services. It was a struggle trying to get essentials for a shower.

I went with my boyfriend gif our anniversary and loved it. We did the swim up room, which was nice but I regret not doing the Xhale vip option. We dined at the French restaurant abc had the steak…AMAZING! Overall I had a great time!
