The property was beautiful! The room was very nice, however we did have to wait a bit before the room was ready which was no huge deal. This was our first time at this resort and when we arrived we felt a bit lost and did not receive a great tour or a great explanation on how to contact our butler and what to do until the room was ready. Our butler Cesar was fantastic. He showed us to our room and around the property which filled in a lot of the blanks. He also took care of all dinner reservations and helped schedule a golf tee time for us. He was very responsive and checked in occasionally. The beach was beautiful but it was very high seaweed time. There were also lots of vendors that kept coming back after we said no to buying anything which made it a bit difficult to relax, but overall the staff on the beach were great and helpful and the cabanas were well kept. The pool was amazing and we spent a ton of time in there. Overall the entire staff was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and I think we will be back.

We liked the flexibility to do several different activities throughout the day or just chill by the pool. We didn’t like that they switched our rooms from the suite to a room on upper level with stairs to rooftop. The suites are more roomy with 2 bathrooms. There were several maintenance issues with my sisters room which included her electricity going off and on.

Where do I began. Well I will start with our amazing butler Leonardo. He anticipated and delivered on all our requests. The property is beautiful, clean, and fun. My favorite restaurants were Japanese Kabuki, Steakhouse Don Juame, and an Italian restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Majestic Mirage is a beautiful property! We loved staying in the adults only section and having a pool that we could swim up to our room in! The restaurants were phenomenal and the nightly shows were awesome! My favorite part was the spa! I had the aromatherapy massage and with each service you have access to the hydrotherapy…..which was amazing!!! Loved the Mirage :)

Lots of dining options. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. One of the only disappointments was our room. They told us they upgraded our room, but the original room I booked was far better. (Room with rooftop hot tub is not recommended. Stay with the one bedroom suite!)
