The staff was amazing, friendly and always remembered repeat visits. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was creative with decorating. Pools were clean, bartenders were attentive and fun. Great activities. We did have an issue with my friends cash going missing. She never took it out of her wallet but it was gone. Security couldn’t do anything so I recommend using the safe.

Everything was nice except for miscellaneous malfunctions that was experienced with the room. Noisy broken AC power occasionally not working, and water not coming on ertain hours of the day.

This place has everything. Muliple choices for great food. Of course, some of the buffet was so-so, but you can always find something very good and the dinner restaurants were supurb! The grounds were quiet, well maintanined, and grand. ABOVE ALL the service was absoultely fantastic. We had our two year old and nearly everyone gave him attention. The staff were extremely polite and accomidating. Johnny, Leonel, Renso, Noame, and many more, went above and beyond to make us truley feel welcome. We will defintely be returning. SUCH A GREAT PLACE!

Second time here. Our butler Leonel made are everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and the additional half bath is phenomenal. Loved the large balcony. The pool, grounds and beach are beautiful. We will be back a third time

Rooms were clean, Pool looks nice to look at and I understand the concept they were going for, however, it is not practicle for swimming. We were in the adult section and I felt like I was using someone elses pool. The swim up rooms are all along the pool. It is too shallow to enjoy. Other than that, it was clean and the help is just amazing. Always asking if you need anything or if you are having a good time. Very accommodating. The food was ok. Not great. I loved the French and Italian restaurant very much. The steakhouse was ok. My steak was overcooked, very badly overcooked. I wouldnt have served it to someone asking for medium rare. Same with my husbands. The spa was very nice. We had a good time, we came to relax and we did!
