Good and clean beach area. Well taken care shrubs and trees. Alcohol selection at all the bars was pretty good. Good food selection in the Marketplace and Seaside buffet. High quality foods in Stake House and L'Essence, French restaurant. The service is very attentive.

Love our trip my favorite bartender Carlos was so fun and I tried lots of new things. Our butler was great and answer questions quick. Only issue I had was the food was not to my liking they had lots of American food items but they did not do a great job preparing them. I would still go back and you should too

Decent sized property, but was not too far a walk to anywhere on resort. Hotel staff and our butler Carlos was great! The food was ok...Italian was the nest restaurant....we did mot ear ar the French restaurant or Steak house. The seaside buffet was great around lunch...did not enjoy it for dinner tho. Would definitely retuen. The resort and our rooms were kept very clean!

Is the Second time I come to this hotel, From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of attention and care provided by the staff at this hotel. Every member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping, went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was personally escorted to my room, where I found a handwritten welcome note and complimentary treats waiting. Throughout my stay, the staff remembered my name, preferences, and even small details from our conversations—making the experience feel incredibly personal and thoughtful. Whether it was the concierge arranging last-minute dinner reservations or the housekeeping team anticipating my needs before I even asked, the service here was nothing short of flawless. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality, look no further. This place sets a new standard for guest attention and genuine care. My family and I were delighted with the hotel, service and the staff .
